Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Urban Chapri piece is printed to order specifically for you. Because of this, our return window is narrower than a typical off-the-shelf store — please read this policy before ordering.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund only before it enters production. Since printing usually begins shortly after payment, cancellation requests must be sent to [support@urbanchapri.com] within 2 hoursof placing the order. We can’t guarantee cancellation after that window.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns/replacements only for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective.
• A printing error on our part (wrong design, wrong size shipped).
• An item significantly different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selected by the customer, change of mind, or minor color variation due to printing/screen differences.

To request a replacement or refund, email [support@urbanchapri.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct size/design exchanges. If your item qualifies under the section above, we’ll issue a refund or a replacement print at our discretion.
